What would Lestat wear in the current year?
>>18100745>>18099880Although if we were going with the AMC timeline (it's terrible and you should not watch it, but that's beside the point. Also, the guy who plays Lestat is actually pretty good) where Lestat is up and running in the 40s, he'd definitely be wearing Shalimar. I've never actually smelled Jicky, but going from the descriptions, that also sounds very Lestat-core
>>18100751Wait, I was wrong. It's set in 1910. In that case, I guess he's confined to Jicky.
>>18100751The costume designer said she took a lot of inspiration from Leyndecker for Lestat and Louis' costumes - I think he was a perfect choice to draw on for this material for a number of reasons.A lot of Rice's vampires seem to go between fetishistically throwing themselves into the new era and being deliberately modern in their affectations, and then eventually slipping back into habitual behaviours and familiar comforts.

>>18100745I agree with this to a certain extent, I think it is easy to say that PDM matches his personality, but I don’t know if that’s the house he’d pick for himself. He’s quite pretentious and loves when people call him the brat prince. Infant-Terrible is a good way to describe him. Parfums de Marly makes very loud fragrances, but they have a reputation for being generic and mass appealing. That is completely antithetical to who Lestat is and he’d probably look down his nose on the brand as much as fragrance snobs do. I see him going for something like 00s era Serge Lutens. He’d like that they were weird and unique, and I feel like he’d also think cheeky names like La Couche du Diable were funny. And they’ve got the whole gothy incense thing going on and they’re bold and transgressive with their compositions. Lestat would find a fragrance that smelled like gingerbread, church incense and gunpowder called ‘Bapteme du feu’ intriguing. It’s unique, kinda gothic and kind of blasphemous. It checks pretty much all of his bases.
some of them are the nicest people youve met and some of them are straight up narcissistic psychos too teeming with jealousy and envy

>>18100808>narcissistic psychosI've never heard this stereotype. Example?

What's the most /fa/ way? How low? What kind of underwear? What kind of color or pattern?
>>18099848I'm not a nigger so no
>>18099848>sagginghe doesn't know
my friend still sags his jeans all the way below his ass, its really embarrassing to be around and idk how to approach the topic.
as a homo i do find i spend inordinate amounts of time trying to catch a view of what underwear a guy is wearing so this is helpful
>>18100394>idk how to approach the topicPantsing, wedgies, and drawing attention to it until he changes his ways. >>18100576It looks terrible when it's super low like that though. It can look good if it's like just the waistband of the underwear showing and girls will actually like it then too.
Why is femboy/trans girl fashion catching on among cis women?
>>18095956>>18095965zoomers spend their lives online and play way more video games and watch more anime than previous generations
>>18097558I was a Nu Vegas fan because anybody knew about it, the tranny trend started nearly a decade in, post 2020s for sure.

is it gay to wear your hair like this
>>18096704>youve never had long hairwhat did he mean by this?
>>18098507>I'm actually quite comfortable in the matrix thank you
>>18094626the REALITY of long hair is that it's inconvenient. it gets greasy doing stuff like gymming/fixing stuff/having sweaty sex etc unless you're careful.maintaining it at perfect gloss is really hard to do unless you stay on top of the combing/applying product/degreasing.if you forget to do any of that even for a couple of days - congrats you probably have a scalp infection now, your hair looks greasy and has started tangling up for bonus points. hope you like combing!you have to be DISCIPLINED and CAREFUL with long hair. most dudes can't bother.there is no downside to it - if you can maintain luster and clean look women enjoy it.
>>18100214oh yeah don't forget - if you don't have satin pillows your hair will get roughed up and dried up by your regular pillow covers.so that's an investment too.sleeping over at someone else's house? hope they don't get the ick from you wearing your satin haircover to bed.
>>18094626to pull this look off you have to be relatively tall and fit. otherwise you'll just seem like a douche.
does this outfit look retarded?
>>18098255I would go with one fewer roll on the pants personally. But yeah it looks good.
>>18098255kind of depends on your personality.
>>18098255You look cool. I like the pattern on the shirt. Interesting but not distracting.
Looks great, I think socks would be better than those pathetic ankles though >>18098286That's basically a hipster black guy outfit
>>18098255don't wear a belt for a t-shirt. either button the shirt up or take it off.
What fictional character could you cosplay that wouldn't draw too much attention? I'll start: Tohru Adachi
How to achieve Adachi hair?
Currently taking inspiration from movie Rick Deckard. I'm not gonna buy those exact clothes because that would be weird not to mention wouldn't match my natural color palette (I'm low contrast brown hair/blue eyes/pale). I think the basic pattern is retro semi-formal, geometric pattern earth tones with an emphasis on cubism. So I've ordered a pair of black leather boat shoes, dark olive green sport coat, cubic pattern rooster tie, and four geometric pattern bottom down shirts (window pane, wave, printed dry brush style stripes, and brick pattern), and a dark brown leather jacket for the fall and winter. I will post it on /fa/ to get made fun of when like last year when I first started wearing suits and posted.
>>18092821
>>18097671Cope.
>>18098544It's a fucking suit. The guy in OP's pic is wearing a suit, the school uniform is a type of suit. Hence, they're both suits and similar outfits.
27 years old. Ideally I’d want to attract younger women. How should I dress to accomplish this goal?I am a computer engineer that has a sizable amount of savings and income. Most of my clothes don’t fit me or look really poor as they were purchased ages ago at Walmart.
If you want to dress for success with women then you need to be wearing gucci, lv, Burberry, etc
>>18100016Are you not able to get pussy, is this why you seethe? Younger pussy > older pussy. Everyone knows that.

>>18099997damn I was going to post this exact same thing
>>18098173It's so over for you, dude. Women find you repulsive.
At what age does wearing all black become immature and make you look like a douchey groomer?

>>18100770He's right. The only actual watch that can still in modern times be used as a tool, is the g-shock. From climbing to diving to being an accurate chronometer and alarm clock etc. The other watches are jewelry. The g shock is a tool.It can even tell the altitude and is a world timer too. You can program it to do what you want it to do.
>>18100777I wish they made a g shock version of the world time because the "world time" function on all the g shocks is kinda shit. Oh wow a single time zone you have to click to and don't have a dedicated button for.
>>18100806the newer squares have an improved wt mode.- also shows local time in the top right- you can set up 5 favorite timezones and cycle through them in WT mode

What are some brands from retail stores--Khols, Target, Walmart, Costco, etc; poorfagcore--that hold up over time and don't just waste away; shit that's cheap (because you're not paying for the brand name), but also lasts? I bought a pair of Wrangler jeans recently. They feel pretty nice. Regarding shirts, I usually get Sonoma or Apt 9 from Khols, but they feel too thin, I feel like they shrink after you wash them a couple of times, and black shirts fade pretty quickly.

>>18100655Go buy some iPhone 15's to give to Africans, you richnigger. I bet you aren't even a gorillionare, you're just a upper-middle class faggot who thinks he's hot shit 'cause he lives in the suburbs.
>>18100652Literally all of the ones you listed. The "FaLLs aPaRt AfTer OnE wAsh" thing is a meme pushed by dumb retards. I have garments from Walmart I bought 10 years ago that are still holding up. Just use regular cycles, warm water, and regular detergent.
Kohl's used have some solid basics. Haven't bought anything there in a while though. Target's brands have held up pretty well. Not sure about the others.
>>18099181I prefer the ones that are longer, that cover your knees but don't reach your ankles. What are they even called? They were popular at one point and now I can never find them.
I can't go shorter than 9" or there won't be enough room for my gun in my pocket.
